The Midway
Ah yes, the State Fair. One of my favorite things about The Fair, is the veritable cornucopia of goodies supplied by the endless concessions in the Midway. Corn dogs, elephant ears, funnel cakes, brats, snow cones... you name it. And now, hopefully soon, a year-round place selling these great delights is set to open in The Highlands. Hopefully the prices won't be State Fair sized!

Restaurant Row
The Highlands got it's name due to it's dry location above the river flood waters of 1937. And today, it stands as the most diverse neighborhood in Louisville. It has earned it's title as "Restaurant Row", due to it's incredible array of menus. You name it, Bardstown Road in The Highlands, probably cooks it.
